ElkRPII wont connect to specific M1XEP

Question for anyone who knows.  In the list of usernames/passwords, what UN is used for the connection?  Does it try the first then if fail move to the second?  Some other logic?

Just did a test on the bad PC.
Connected iPhone to it and used it as IP gateway.  Same error immediately pops up, thus, I believe we can conclude that for some reason this particular URL to the M1, from this Particular PC is the specific issue.

How or why it hates this URL is beyond me.

Next up, changing DYNDNS name to a new one in RP and testing that.

Any other DYNDNS in this Account works fine on 2601, now we know that this SPECIFIC dyndns name is an issue. My guess is there is a bug in RP for URL length of prefix.  FYI, my prefix is 11 characters, anyone want to bet there is a cutoff at 10?

RP allows you to enter usernames and passwords in the XEP setup screen under the passwords tab.

When you try to log into the panel any one of the username/password combinations should work to connect.

Mike.

By Dyndns (actually, no-ip.org) is longer that 12 characters before the ".no-ip.org" so I don't think it's a URL length problem (and as I recall you had the same problem when you resolved to the actual public IP).

I think there are two questions that have never been sufficiently answered.

1. What Windows version is running on the PC that is unable to connect using ELKRP?

2. What firmware version is in the M1XEP where this troubling PC is not able to connect using secure port 2601?

It might be helpful if you could answer these questions.  If I overlooked or missed them i am sorry.
