My front door configured as entry/exit door trips everytime you open it if system was armed in Away mode. I always disarms it within entry delay period but still my WL3 reports it as "front door tripped" . the transaction is logged also in PC access as "front door tripped". I have set up WL3 to send email to my wife everytime there is an alarm so this is a negative WAF for me. Is this normal?

The "front door tripped" just indicates that the zone was violated while it was armed. It does not imply an immediate alarm. This lets you see in the event log the sequence of events if someone actually set off the alarm. This would be followed with a "burglar alarm activated" if the system was not disarmed prior to the expiration of the entry delay. No email should be sent until the actual "burglar alarm activated" event occurs.
