Good call; actually I'm going to modify this presentation a little as the chair of the Oakland-wide council got wind of it and wants me to present this and the CCTV seminar (need to write up that formal collateral) to all the neigbhorhood watches in the city. I'm fine with that as long as the "dangerous" or "iffy" neighborhood groups come to City Hall for the actual seminar.
Given that, I'm going to totally remove any reference to "full DIY", and the worst case scenario is "pro designs it and runs wiring, you DIY the panel setup". No way do I tell anyone other than my neighbors to muck with the electrical wiring in their house!
On the upside, this should give Elk more visibility - I know of 7 people who've desperately been trying to find an Elk installer, some of them have just asked their installer to check it out. Where are all the Elk Installers!!!!
