Fire/Smoke detector in cold garage

With where you roughly are, there are no less than 3 electrical vendors on Research Pky. and a few over by N. Plains.

Most of the them do, but the Batteries  reduced ability to deliver current when they are cold. that's only issue.

I read this post and checked our fire detector including smoke detector and heat detector and found they work at 14F degree to 120F degree, i.e. -10C degree to +50C degree.
