First Alert F162

I have First Alert F162 system that was not in use for the last 4 years. When I turned it on Armed (red light) and Ready (green light) are blinking and on the screen Not Ready with flashing 01. What does it mean?

Could be anything, but not a typical response for a FA/Vista panel. Did you wait past the initial power up delay of 60 secs?
