Hello guys,
I am going to deploy the Omni Pro II and the 2N Helios Door Intercom station. I would also like to install 2 Foscam's at my home and only look at live feeds on my Touch Screens. I don't need any recordings or warnings, etc. Simply Video and Audio when I click with the motion activation feature.
I searched everywhere and people are implying that it should work but nobody has confirmed that yet.
So here are my questions:
A) Will this Foscam FI8918W model work with Omni Pro II?
B) It has WiFi built-in while all the manuals from HAI state PoE connected cameras. How do we physically connect this cam to my home automation system especially since I don't plan to use any NVR equipment?
C) Will I be able to see the screen with 4 camera slots and 3 video feeds in my Omni Touch Screens 5.7e with Video and Audio?
D) Do I have to consider any special hardware I will need to buy other than the Omni Pro II structured wiring implementation? Seems like older models did require a Video Encoder board. Is this still the case?
Thanks in advance for all answers.
Best regards,
