GE 45600 Z-Wave Remote Control for $6.05 on Amazon. Prime Elegible

Just guessing, but they are probably overstock from those that were returned from the Radio Shack stores when they dropped Z-Wave a few months ago. They are made by Jasco.

I have a couple of them, intending to use them with my ThinkStick, but they won't enroll as secondary controllers with the ThinkStick. I don't know about their enrolling with other controllers such as the Aeon Labs.

The similar remotes to these with the LCD screen will enroll with the ThinkStick, however.

If one can make them work with their setup, that's a darn good price.

In one of the reviews on Amazon someone posted the following. I haven't gotten my remotes yet, but I'm hoping I can add then as secondary ths way...

This remote was added to an existing Z-Wave network that consisted of only Instamatic products. I'm guessing that most people will want to use this as a secondary remote due to the lack of an LCD display so I hope that I can save you some time. Once your existing master remote is set to transmit your network configuration, all you need to do on this remote is hold setup until the two LEDs blink and press 967. This was not clear in the manual that came with the remote though I understand GE is working to rewrite the instructions. Again, this advice is coming from someone with an Instamatic controller and Instamatic devices.

I use the leviton usb stick, and the installer software. The GE45600 will join the network, and as long as they are the last thing added, they get the configuration of every other device perviously enrolled. Then it is a matter of assigning the function of the buttons to each device. My HA07 works the same way, they don't really show as a controller in the software, but they work..
