That would alienate the dealers and crowd the frequency range of their core product, compromising it's integrity (not to mention the 319.5 goes all the way back to the ITI days).
If you have a sloppy receiver, it might flood it a bit, but 1 Mhz is a pretty wide band.
Not saying the data packets might not be similar, but it makes zero sense for them to market a product that is "close" to their core product or could be passable.
All the items I've seen say "jasco made under license" so it seems like another company that GE bought the engineering to and is selling the devices as their own.
