GoGoGate to open DoorKing Model 4502?

Looking to have GoGoGate send a signal to my dual operator DoorKing Model 4502 to open it.  Where do I wire it to?  Normally, you would just wire it to each screw on the back of a typical garage door opener, which sends the signal to open/close.
 
Any help would be much appreciated!

Shows terminal 11 shorted to common terminal 20 for push button operation.


Can't tell if you must hold down the button continuously or not.
There are also separate open and close contacts, terminals 13 and 14 respectively, that open or close the gate when shorted to the common terminal.

Usually the operator has it's own open time and safety, so a momentary pulse is all that is necessary, then the timer in the gate takes over and usually, if this is a better install, there is a pair loops installed for both presence (sense of car) for egress in addition to a safety loop in the driveway.
 
If not, there may be wireless compression sensors along the closing edge of the gate tied to the safety loop.

Also with doorking gates, a momentary press will do a normal open/close cycle same as entering the correct code; but you can also hold-down/latch the contacts and it'll stay open continuously.
