Great toy for the IT folks among us ...

I went with a 7200RPM drive since I will mostly use this drive for taking backups, etc, so I didn't want the drive to be the bottleneck. As for PE, I custom built the XP version using Bart's tools, but for Windows 7 PE, I found this great tool:

When the newer PC's came out with SATA drives I had some issues installing XP on them. I used "nLite" to create bootable SATA XP disks / adding some drivers to the original boot disks. "nLite" did the job for me. Just another alternative to custom building a boot XP disk.

I have it installed, but haven't tried it yet.  This is really cool as you could take your portable secure browsing live cd with you, and boot it anywhere.
 
If anyone tries it before I do, please post your your experience with this app!
