HAI and Homeseer?

I have several HAI/elk/ademco systems out there but need better interfaces to them it appears Homeseer may be a good solution.

Specifically I am looking towards HAI right now, how does home seer intergrate with HAI, any issues? Will all my termostats and temp sensors show up and trigger events based on temp?
Will all my lighting status be reflected correctly in both systems?
How about the HAI relays can you see the status from homeseer and turn them on and off?

You probably want to post that question on the HomeSeer board, but as noted here, the HomeSeer plugin communicates with the Omni panel via a serial port using a polling technique. Basically in succession, it asks is Zone 1 open? Is Zone 2 open? etc. For me at least, this polling negatively impacted the timers on my panel from operating correctly, but I do have many zones and devices. I currently use the CQC driver with TCP/IP over Ethernet with my OP II, and it works great.
