HAI Communicator Error

I have had my HAI automation system for over 5 years.  Everything worked great.
 
The other day I changed my telephone service from AT&T to Cox Cable.
Now at 2am (the daily scheduled test to the central staion) I get "Communicator Error"
I contacted the Central Station and they said they are receiving my test at 2am.
 
Any ideas why I get the communicator error yet CS says they received the test?
 
Was your AT&T line traditional POTS service?  With Cox, your service is VoIP, and that often creates problems with sending the tone signals that alarm systems use back and forth.  The CS may be receiving the signals from your end, but your panel may not be properly receiving the kiss off back from the CS.
