HAI Event log archiving

Anyone know of a way to automatically offload event log to external database? 
My log fills up fairly quick and I simply can't devote the time to every other day go to PCA and download event logs and save them into separate PCA file. 
 
I have been informed that Haiku & HaikuHelper could/would do this, but it also looks like this is Mac only solution, and as I don't know Jack about Mac, this won't be a viable solution for me.

Yeah, HaikuHelper could do this in about 30 minutes of programming.
 
Do you have any coding skills?  HAI makes the SDK for windows systems available, but you would need to create the software.
