Any ideas on how to weather proof this thing for outdoor use?

I will be using this to control a pool pump. My electrician seems to think that it is outdoor ready but I am not buying it.

Also, any suggestions on how to automate the pump's manual hi/low speed switch?

Your linked spec sheet says "For Indoor Use Only".

I see that now.
Should have paid more attention.
I guess I will install this bad boy at the beiginning of the run (indoors).
