HAI intermittent zone trouble

I have a HAI Omnipro 2 security system installed a few years ago.  I recently started getting an intermittent "Glass Break Zone trouble"  message.  It clears within 1 minute.  The frequency was every few days.  Then for a few days it was either the glass break or a specific door contact zone which would fault and clear.  I read the loop voltage on PC access and it was about 150 for those two zones.  Other zones were 148-150.  I was lucky once to have the software active when it faulted and the loop voltage got to 160-162 and then reset to 150 automatically.  The last few times the fault has migrated to a window zone.  At first I assumed that my problem was the old silicone filled connector since the first two zones are wired through the attic, and it has been hot in the south; but the new window zone is wired through the crawlspace where it is much cooler.  I should also mentioned that the glass break and the door contact have not faulted in quite a few days.  Any help would be really appreciated.

It really sounds like a loose connection somewhere along the line.
You may have to bite the bullet and pull out the sensor and remake all the connections.

Have you done any renovations when you may have damaged a wire in the wall?

If you are running 3.13 firmware, try to downgrade to 2.12  This will clear lots from the panel, so make sure you use PC Access for a full backup first, then do a full restore once 2.12 is in.  If you are not running the email notifier board, 3.13 doesn't give you any advantage but it does have lots of bugs.

I have not done any repairs that may have damaged the wiring.  What is confusing that there are now three different zones which have had this random problem.  I even checked to see if they were adjacent zones and they are not.

Thank you for your inputs.  I will downgrade to firmware 2.12and see if that fixes it.  If that does not then I will start working on rewiring.

Perhaps a new house with wood framing? It takes a few years for new wood to dry out and shrink, possibly straining a tight cable through a corner or floor connected stud and creating an intermittent break in a conductor.

This could have temperature dependant (morning sun on a particular wall)  timing clues or wind dependant timing clues.

Rodents in the attic chewing wires?

Just some thoughts. We never want to believe our fault indicators we pay extra for.
