HAI Omnipro 2 acting odd

My HAI Omnipro 2 is acting odd. The alarm will set and disarm as needed but I cant control my lights, etc from the LED panel or from my iphone app. I am also getting "smoke trouble basement" as an alert.

I have PC access and can not seem to send commands either. I connect via network and all of the parameters are correct.

Any ideas from the pros??

Have you tried rebooting? Is it possible you have an "infinite loop" in your automation code?

if reboot means unplug power and battery, then yes I have. I didnt do the programming for the system and the person that did seemed very amateurish but it has worked thus far. (about 2 years now)

What kind of lighting do you have? Can you control flags and outputs? Perhaps your lighting interface gave out.

I have hai upb switches/dimmers. I see today that I can't control my ac either.

Any storms / lightning / power surges recently?

A lot of lightning. Could only one part of the panel have been affected by it? I stated above that the lights do not respond as well as the ac but the ac responded, just took time to respond.

Have you made any changes to the Omni? Programming change, firmware upgrades, added/removed switch, zone, console, anything?
