Hai PCaccess not showing thermostat status

I have a HAI Omni IIe using PCaccess 3. I'm having one issue that I can't figure out. It doesn't give a status on my RC-80 thermostat or my ER temperature sensor. I can read their status on my keypad console, the outside temp shows on my thermostat, I can even read the status on Homeseer. Everything else shows up fine in PCaccess. I also just upgraded my Omni firmware to 3.11 with the same result of no status. Is there something I am missing here?

I used to have some comm errors with my Omnistat2. That said it was seen on PCA, Homeseer and Omnitouch. I would get zero reads for temps etc.

It was wierd and an on and off issue. This would happen concurrently with my clock going off as much as an hour.

Give this a try; disconnect the NIC and warm reset your Omni-IIe. Then connect the NIC and see if you still have the issue.

Still not showing after disconnect and warm boot. I tried a bunch of other combos and this is what worked. Instead of writing my changes to the controller, I decided to read from the controller and voila, it shows my thermostat status! Thanks for your post
