Is it possible to add more than one 23A00-1 or 23A00-2 to HAI RC-2000 omnistat2?

Yes, you can add up to four remote temperature sensors- the OmniStat will average them.

Just make sure you use shielded wire for the temp sensor runs!

any recommendations on what kind of shielded wire to use? i have some cat5e STP cable laying around, would that do the trick?

Do you daisy chain each sensor or are they wire like home run style to the OmniStat designated wiring inputs?

IIUC to add 4 temperature sensors, you wire them as follows:
- 1st set of 2 sensors in series with one another
- 2nd set of 2 sensors in series with one another
- wire the 2 sets of sensors in parallel

Last question, can i mix and match HAI temp sensors (23A00-1 and 23A00-2)?

EDIT: is there any big difference between 23A00-1 and 23A00-2 beside one supports outdoor sensing? which one do you recommand and why?
Where can I get shielded twisted pair wires for these sensors?

Neither of those is outdoor. One is Flush mount and the other is Surface mount.
