Haiku and messages

Due to the limitations of HAI character length in messages, I attempted to expand a message using the editing power of Haiku although the cursor appeared, I was not able to edit the message itself, is there a solution for this?

Try posting in the right forum...
Anyway, you just double tap on the message "title" and edit, the message itself won't update immediately but only after you exit editing.

Of course the name change will show only on the Haiku on that device.
