Haiku Haiku and music meta data

Will Haiku be supporting audio meta data from iTunes that could be running on a Mac mini. That way we could have Haiku running on a Mac Mini plus the clients music stored on it plus any NAS drives attached and have full control of iTunes via Haiku and meta-data. Would be more cost effective having three of these than purchasing a Hai music Gateway and will also eliminate the need for any 5.7e touch screens because the only thing missing is the audio meta data. VoIP interface is now possible through another app but would be handy having Haiku take the VoIP call.

Hey Guys, I will add a note here... Controlling itunes from Haiku/HaikuHelper is a piece of cake. While the initial ask about metadata display is something app dependent, the ability to play/pause, skip, fast forward, Play specific playlists, adjust volume, etc, is stuff I do everyday with my setup. I actually have a semi Jarvis (the computer in Ironman) setup, that certain triggers at certain periods of time, play specific files, read my notes, calendar, etc... Its not the easiest thing to think through, but the scripting functionality of HaikuHelper is very easy to get Applescripts to play, and applescript is an easy language to write in. If you have specific questions about how to do some itunes/applescripting things just ask.

If you look at iruleathome.com they have an itunes module that allows you to display itunes within the app. I use it already at it works perfect. If haiku could implement this too within their app, that would be perfect.
