Haiku Haiku not showing zones?

I just setup my OmniPro II and downloaded Haiku. It seems to connect to the panel, but int he main Haiku screen, and the security screen, I don't see any zones. In Dealer Access I can see zones and statuses, so I know there there.

I tried refreshing the cache in Haiku, but to no avail. Any ideas?

Are they named in PCAccess?
Did you enter names in both the short and long name fields?

Yes, that would be the main thing to check.

Everything has a long and short name. Zone 1 is set to an auxiliary (waiting for a backordered smoke detector), should that be a problem?

It's really strange since I can see the two areas I have setup, and arm/disarm the system, but nothing at all is showing in the security or "insecure zones" tabs. Any other ideas??? I'm running 3.1D on the controller, so it's the latest and greatest.

The auxiliary is not a problem, as thats a valid sensor too. Make sure you've written the names to the controller using PC Access, then force quit Haiku and restart it and select Clear Cache from the About->Action Button menu.

Another possibility: make sure Local Area is not set to a single area in the Controller Settings for that controller.
