Harmony Home Hub

I am shopping around looking at these Harmony remotes and have come across their Home Hub offering.
 
It looks like another gateway to cloud play, which I generally dislike, but I haven't been able to find out much about it.
 
what I would like to know are things like
  straightforward HTTP web browser access ( not just a phone app )
  web services? so I can continue to g lue things together on my own
  integration with Vantage InFusion via radio hub?>
  integration with Elk M1
 
Have any of you sleuthed this out a bit more?
