HB Temperature/Humidity question

Hi, I have just gotten started with 1-wire and I am using the HB 2438 based temperature/humidity sensor. My question is, with two temperature values (one from the 2438, one from the DS18S20), which one should I be using? Is one more or less accurate than the other?

The DS18S20 has an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C. The DS2438 has an accuracy of +/-2°C.
