Heat Detector Placement in Kitchen

I am trying to figure out a good location to place a heat detector in a kitchen. This is a 135 degree heat detector, with RoR.

My initial thought was near the cooktop / oven, but then I thought, 'What if someone opens the oven to check on something?'. If that occured, wouldn't the rush of heat from the oven cause the RoR sensor to trip?

Has anyone placed these in their, or a clients kitchen, without causing false alarms? I have attached a drawing of our kitchen layout for reference, if you would like to suggest a spot. The cooktop is on the left of the image, and the ovens will be in the corner cabinet in the bottom left of the image.

There was a local sub restaraunt near me that had a heat detector mounted on the ceiling near their oven, and every time they opened the oven to take out the bread it would cause the heat detector to go off. I imagine their big commercial oven probably produced more heat than a residential one would, but it probably is a concern. I don't know if I have any guidelines, but right above the cooktop and oven area is probably not a good plan.

I don't place them over a cooktop or oven. I like to place them where a fire in those locations would cause the heat detector to alarm. My last couple of installs found a good place right between both heat sources.
