Haiku Helper and Phone Line Disconnect Errors

I assume like most people I have my phone line running through my OPII.
 
Up until recently I have never had Helper complain about the phone line. Recently though, when we hang up from a phone call Helper complains about the phone line being disconnected. Not always, about 1 in 20 calls.

HaikuHelper is reporting an issue from the controller. The controller must be seeing a dead phone line? I think there is a line detect setting in PC Access, perhaps that needs to be tweaked?
