How to disable "Chime is Off" message on Elk?

I have it set up so the chime turns off when the nursery door is closed for more than 1 minute.  But after a minute, I get a "Chime is Off" voice announcement.  I don't want that, but it looks like the only way to disable this is to disable all non-emergency voice announcements.  Is this my only option?

I'm not positive if it's the only option, but it's what I do for "quiet mode".

But you cannot do that automatically right?  It looks like it's in the Global settings.

Yeah you can do it programmatically.  I'm on the wrong computer to access the rules but there's one that says something along the lines of "disable non alarm voices".  You can do it as one step of the rule so that it goes quietly.
