You would need a HA controller to do that as the Arzel is "dumb" in that it only accepts stat data. So to do something like you are wanting, your stats would have to be hooked up to a controller that could control the stats.
It is easier to have a dump zone. We initially tried to have the 2 story living room be the dump zone, but at night when I went to bed and wanted the rom cool, the excess went to the L/R and made my wife cold. So we moved the dump zone to the garage. Now we can have even the smallest zone on and the static pressure bypass opens enough to keep the air noise low in that one zone.
But in real world use, rarely do we only have one zone on and if we do it is at night while we are asleep.
