Insteon switch, how to set default power restore status

I have a few Insteon switches and looks like when power restores (flip the breaker), they all turn on the local load? Is there any way to change this so when power returns, it will restore to its previous state? Or just leave off?

togglelinks or decora style? this isn't supposed to happen, but I think there was a bug in the togglelink version like this.

It's the decora style, and these are V2 switches.

Are they SwitchLinc Relays? I had a few that behaved in that manner, which SmartHome replaced. I would give them a call.

Insteon switches are supposed to return to the last state before the power loss. I have returned a togglelinc relay due to the "bug". They replaced it with no problems.

Yes, they are SmartHome SwitchLinc Relays. Would they honor the warranty without receipt? I bought them here from another cocoon member.

You would have to call them. Others have had issues when trying to claim warranty when they were not purchased from Smarthome directly. Did you happen to purchase any other Switchlinc Relays directly from Smarthome? If so, and one of those units happened to have a similar issue and were under warranty you would probably be OK.
