Does anybody have detailed instructions on how to get the USB PLC working on Premise? How it gets configured?

I followed the installation directions in the Version History.doc file thats with the Insteon driver and then rebooted, under custom devices you should end up with an Insteon Root, I then went to the properties panel and clicked the box for detect and it found all my Insteon stuff.
