IP Camera Monitoring on a Blackberry

I'm looking for a way to monitor (and record) to a Blackberry device and view from a computer. Something similar to Xanboo/Att RM where I can get a txt message, view live video, record, and pan/tilt. The wife is sold on ATT RM but I know there has to be something better out there. We already have a alarm system monitored thru alarmrelay.com so I don't think I need something like a ELKMG1 (unless I'm wrong).

I looked at Panasonic's viewnetcam software and it looked pretty neat. The bad thing was it couldn't record and it wasn't secure (ie anyone could view the camera).

Something with a function to remotely disable the camera's recording would be great as well (similar to ATT RM's macros).

I'm thinking something along the lines of a web enabled DVR hooked to my router as I don't want to have to use a computer. Am I on the right track?

Newer Pana cams, like the BL-C111 can detect motion by either the built-in PIR or comparing consecutive images.

Once detected, they can email you a snapshot. You can enable/disable the notifications remotely and also configure notifications for certain times of day.

You can remote into the camera and you can setup a user id and password for access. In fact, there are differing levels of access.

There isn't much recording space (ok, let's call it close to none) on-camera, so you would need an external DVR/NVR if you wanted to record.

Manuals, etc. are here.
