IP Real Time Camera Viewer for iPhone

Hi all;
 
I use IP Cam Viewer Pro for my Android phones for real time viewing of my home and community gate IP cameras.
 
I need to setup something similar for our other HOA members who use that product with the bitten apple pic on the phone case (need to do this later today).
 
What do you people from that other planet use/recommend (don't need any fancy capturing or recording, just real time viewing) for your iPhones?  The product does need to support Avigilon (formerly Video IQ) cameras.

I haven't used anything to stream cameras directly... I use BlueIris NVR software for all of my IP camera installations. I use their app for viewing (and accessing archives, alerts, etc).

I do the same and it is indeed a great product, but this is mainly for viewing our community IP cameras (no NVR setup via PC).
 
Is there a way to browse iPhone apps without downloading iTunes?

As I understand it, the same IP Cam Viewer Pro from Nibbles&Bits is the same things for iOS.  It seems to connect to any camera you could possibly point it to.
