Ipod control via ELKRM

I am having a problem getting ELKRM to talk to a Russound iPod bridge. I have a CAV6.6 and ST2 connected with all working well.

I have selected the iPod Bridge setting in RM Setup and saved and sent this to the system. ELKRM is able to control the CAV6.6 and ST with no problem. When I connect the iPod to the Russound docket I can get the system to see my iPod and it reports in ELKRM that it is my iPod. My problem is there is no control of the menu at all.

I have tried everything I can. I Have Russound PC Tool setup software and check the Russound is configured correctly, I have checked and made sure the setup in RM SETUP is the same....sent the audion to all RM om my system and no joy.

Have put the wife's iPod on the iPod bridge docking station and the system does exactly the same, it see the iPod but there is no control.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you verified that the ipod metadata appears on your UNO-S2 or TS2 keypads? That will confirm that the RNET connection is correct. Also make sure the source number on the ibridge matches the source number on your CAV.

Yeah, I had the same issue a while back. As Icellama21 stated... check the Source number on the dock (triple check the dial arrow is pointing to the right source number on the iBridge).

Gentlemen,

I thank you! The address setting on the iPod bridge was the issue......I did not see the very small arrow. Thought it was the screw driver slot and tried both positions.

I needed to get a jeweller's loupe to see the bloody arrow!
