Is it possible to control Insteon and z-wave devices together?

I have a new home and just purchased Insteon lighting and T-stat devices. I would like to use the Somfy Glydea drape controller which according to their brochure says it is compatible with various control technologies including their own radio technology, RS485, Z-wave, Zigbee and IR control. I would like to use one of the Logitech Harmony controllers with my home theater system so maybe using the IR option would work as the only time I need the drape control is when using the home theater system. I would also like to use the Kwikset Z-wave doorset on my front door along with a security system which I haven't selected yet. Is it possible to make all of this workable? I do have Indigo software because I use a Mac but I guess I could use PC software since it runs Win7 too. I am very new with all of this too.

Just depends on your controller. Since you are a MAC person, you could just use something like VirtualBox to run Windows.

I know things like Homeseer and CQC can essentially control anything.

I actually have Z-Wave, X10, UPB, some IP controlled stuff at home. I use Homeseer.
