Is the Elk-TM100 Temp Sensor New?

I was scanning through the Automated Outlet site today, and saw this:

There is no mention of this on the Elk website. Is it a new product?

It looks pretty similar to their original temp sensor, but without the RJ45 dongle sticking out, which is a nice visual improvement.

Found this via Google - - The site makes mention of this working with their "Magic Module" which sounds familiar.

That is a temperature sensor that only works with the Magic module programmable controller.

Are there any new temperature sensor options for the M1G coming from Elk?

I thought there was some talk a while back.

Or, alternatively, can you publish the spec/encoding used to transmit temperature readings to a zone input? There are a number of programmable platforms that have excellent temp/weather capabilities. I'd love to build an interface to input temperature readings to the M1.
