Check page 17 in the "M1G Installation and Programming Guide":

Menu 8 consists of 8 sub-menus used for advanced system settings. Press the right arrow key
and enter a valid user code. Press the UP or DOWN arrow keys to select a sub-menu or enter
the one digit number to jump directly to any sub-menu. I.E. enter 6 to jump to 86.

To set the system clock press the RIGHT arrow key, then press the UP or DOWN arrow key to
select the day. Next, press the RIGHT arrow key to move to Date/Time setting. Enter two digits
for month, date, year, hour, and min. To exit press the * key.

If you havent already done so consider downloading ELK-RP. You will need to register your panel first to get an account. Its all FREE!!!!! Then you will need a serial cable to the ELK or the ELK Ethernet module (a great add on).

Since its Friday you might want to call ELK Tech Support to register the panel before the weekend.

With the M1XEP Ethernet Module, you can program it with ELKRP to automatically go to one of the Internet Timer Servers and get the latest time every day. This will keep your clock always set correctly.

I am in the ELK RP through the M1XEP (Thanks AO for the great deal) Where is the Internet Timer Server?

To select a time server:
While in ELKRP, click on the account detail screen. Click on the M1XEP Setup button. Click on the Time Server tab. There is a link to a listing of time servers. Pick one of the time servers from the listing and paste the URL into the time server address box. Make sure there are no preceeding spaces in the URL. You can set the time for the time update each day.

When I did that there was no Time Server Tab, just; Introduction, TCP/IP Settings, Passwords, Email and central Station. What am I missing?

This feature just got added in one of the later firmware updates for ElkRp and the M1gold.
