Sorry to get this thread off-topic, but do your neighbors consist of actual people? Or did they vacate their home 6 months ago?

I know people who have moved out of a home, expecting forclosure, and other people have un-officially moved in (also not paying the mortgage) and are ONLY paying utilities to live at the residence. I know of 2 cases of this personally, were the "new tennant" has been in the home for 6+ months. Unfortunately, a time will eventually come when the banks get around to forclosing on these homes and the existing tennants will be locked out and lose their furniture and other belongings ;)
 
They don't really tell me exactly who they are comparing me against, but I don't think there is a lot of that around here.
 
$20 shipped is a good price. This thing is darn handy for spot checking how much your HA stuff is costing you...if you *really* want to know that. ;)
 
For 20 bucks to have it delivered to your door.... I had to get one. I'll take my lunch to work for a couple of days to make up for it... hahaha - well, probably not.
 
Last time I was at Harbor Freight, they sold these as well, for under $20. I think this is becoming a normal price since they have a new unit out now.
