Location/Time Zone - Day/Night Question

Controller - HAI OmniPro II 3.2B
SW - PC Access v. 3.5.0.583
Location - Zip Code 77318 (North of Houston)

My system isn't keeping up with the time change recently and isn't accurate with knowing if it's day or night.
I went into Setup then Location and went to the USA Flag and typed in my zip code and it set the following:

Latitude - 30
Lat Hemisphere North
Longitude 96
Long Hemisphere West
Time Zone 6
Time Zone Hemisphere West
Daylight Saving Time Start Month - March
Daylight Saving Time Start Week - Second Sunday
Daylight Saving Time End Month - November
Daylight Saving Time End Week - First Sunday

When I go to Status/Control and look at the Controller Time it's correct. But the Sunrise and Sunset are wrong.
My actual sunrise when I look on google is 6:44am and the sunset is 5:27pm.

What's my best course of action to correct this?

Thank you in advance.

Just checked mine.

Google states:

4:36pm Wednesday (CST) - Sunset in Lockport, IL 60441
6:35am Thursday (CST) - Sunrise in Lockport, IL 60441

My HAI OPII firmware is : 3.6A
PCA is at version: 3.6.0.586

I am particular about "time" with a locally configured internal NTP server (using a GPS).

Checking the time when the "fall back" happened; HAI OPII worked but noticed that time was off by about 10 minutes.
I used to utilize an HA plugin which synced the clock about once a day. It would be nice to have small bitty program which just would sync the time on the panel that I could continously run on one of the servers here.

BTW mine looks OK - maybe updating FW/PCA would help some?

Another issue is every update to PCA that I've done in the last few months causes an error with W2003 or XPSP3.

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service StiSvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:

This causes a PCA shutdown and restart illicited by the error.

When I "cross" time zones to other OPII's via the WAN its kind of a cat and mouse game adjusting time and I end up kind of doing it manually instead of syncing to local PC (from one time zone to another - "Time after time" - pun). Reminder to self to check other OPII's today.
