I've never had that problem. If I shutdown my pc correctly, it seems to save the settings for the adapter. If I don't, it seems like it doesn't know to make a connection to my SSID. I have that aplication running, but I also programmed my SSID into my network card setup.

I installed one last night, and did several other updates to this machine also.

It always reconnected to the network.

I added the program to the startup group and now it connects without problems on reboots. This is odd to require another app in order to "make the connection" isn't it?

Don't believe in "bashing", but didn't Microsoft make this?
