More sensor recommendations

1) I am planning on putting a indoor temperature sensor in each room, strictly to monitor or use with automation purposes. I would prefer something that is flush mount.

2) I want to put something in every bathroom and kitchen (sink/toilet) to monitor for any leaks.

3) I want to flood detectors in my basement if water is detected (not sure if this is the same as leak detector

4) Outdoor mounted rain sensor

1) I have a few of the Elk temperature probes. However, they are probably too expensive to put in every room. I've read (on here) that some people uses other probes. Maybe someone will post with a good suggestion.

2) & 3) I use the GRI 2600 water detectors. They're excellent! I have about 30 of them each wired into a separater zone on my M1G.
