Motion sensor backwards

My Vista 20P has a Honeywell Aurora motion sensor hard wired. It's on zone 1. It's backwards. Lack of motion creates a fault. Motion makes no fault.

Since zone 1 on this panel is EOLR only, I have an EOLR on the zone 1 panel terminals directly. I've set the zone type to 4 (interior follow). However, there is a limitation where I can't change the EOLR status on zone 1 for this panel.

Is the Aurora motion sensor normally open or normally closed? Is zone 1 on the Vista 20P need to be NO or NC? Can it be changed?

Checkout the top of page 2-6 in the manual. Hint: Do you have your EOLR connected correctly?

Sounds like the EOLR is connected in parallel instead of series.

Wow.... Sorry I missed that. Y'all are exactly right, the EOLR is parallel. So basic. Thank you for pointing that out! I will swap that later on today.
