Multiple Prox Readers on M1

I have 2 KP2 keypads with the UltraProx Weigand Readers.

I setup about 10 accounts for use with the readers, some arm/disarm and others release mag locks. I enrolled all the cards at "Keypad #1" and I wrote a couple of rules to trigger on the "Access" rule for the ones that operate the mag locks. All the cards work fine at "Keypad #1", but none of them function at "Keypad #2".

I have both readers wired to display the led and they both turn green and beep when presented with a card.

Am I missing a programming step to enable their use at "Keypad #2", or should I recheck my wiring?

Look at the M1's event log and see if it is posting an event each time you use the card(s) at keypad 2. If it has a log event then your hardware is working fine. It may just be a rule adjustment that you need to make. Your Whenever event needs to be an Access trigger and within that you must select either "access from keypad x" or "access from any keypad". Assuming your event is "access from keypad 2" then make sure that your Then statement is turning on a different output from keypad 1. I.E. Then "turn on output x", where output x should be a relay that is connected to switch the voltage to the mag lock or doorstrike.
