Multiple Triggers

Hey guys I am pretty new to programming automations in the Elk M1 Gold - I know im late to the party. I've been working with Home Assistant mostly and I don't want to rely on it any longer for my water valve routine. What I want to do is if a water sensor is triggers to turn on the output to close the valve. I don't see a way to have multiple zones trigger the THEN section. Is there a way to do this that I am missing?

Thanks,

Neil

That’s what I thought, but I don’t know how to do that. I don’t see that option in the settings. Can you tell me where I would find that?

I'm not sure I completely understand exactly what you are trying to do, but I can share what I do. I have 3 leak sensors in my basement, but I only automate my water shut-off in the event of a leak near my well tank. I also added the ability to manually shut off or retore the water by executing a Task, which I can do via Homeseer's HSTouch or via Home Assistant. Attached is a screenshot of my relevant events:

@dwalt So if you define your zone as a water alarm, the event can trigger on any water alarm zone, as well as an individual alarm? I defined my water sensors as non-alarm, because to be honest, I didn't even know that water alarm was an option - musta missed that.

Yes, using the "water alarm" zone type also allows the Elk to call the monitoring service with the proper information.

Whenever - Security/Alarms - Alarm turns on or cuts off - Water
perfect this is exactly what I was looking for!

For future self:
