Need Some Help

I'm looking to design and install my own home security system. I have a house and two outbuilding and would like a system something like

Control unit (one to cover 3 or 4 zones in the 3 buildings)
Battery backup
Radio (cellphone) link to the outside world (possibly as a backup in case landlines go down)
Ability to call at least 4 numbers and leave a message
Intruder protection
Fire protection
Siren(s)
Possibly flashing LED lights too

I would like to have wireless multiple PIR, magnetic door switches, window breakage, pressure mats.

Open to ideas for more functional systems if anyone can make suggestions. Possibly a camera surveilance system that can be accessed via the internet ?

the site in my sig has my path to do much of that. I use an AverMedia NV5000 capture card in a PC to access the cams from inside the house, via a PC over the internet, and via my cellphone.
