Just saw these while browsing Panasonic's download site..
Most of their lower end cams are "indoor only". These appear to be designed for outdoor use. The 160 adds LED lighting and a PIR motion sensor. Both are fixed (not PTZ).
Both appear to have some form of PoE. The standard wall brick plugs into a "Power Transfer Unit" through which the LAN cable passes.
