Newbie wiring a DSC BV500GB PIR & Glassbreak

I'm trying to get a pre-power inspection and I have to take care of my loose wires hanging from the walls and ceilings to make my inspector happy.  I don't need the Elk wired up yet, but I need to mount motions, keypads, etc.

I have 22/4 wire to each room for occupancy or motion or glass break, etc.  I mounted a few DSC BV500 to the ceiling but have not attached wires.  I would like to use separate zones for the PIR and the GB.  Researching the forums I have found this...

Black - Negative for power and zones.
Red - Positive power.
Yellow - Zone one. (assume PIR)
Green - Zone two. (assume GB)

1.  At the sensor, what do I use NC or NO, for the PIR and the GB?

2.  And, how do I handle the black(s)?  Do I splice wires (3) to the black at the box and run one to power, and one to each zone?

Thanks in advance.

NC of each "device" relay jumped to negative of the detector power with a piece of wire, assuming you're staying with no EOLR.

Tamper in a residence is pointless IMHO.
