Is there any problem today at NextAlarm? I tried calling the two 1800 numbers configured on my M1, it just says "All circuits are busy".

major phone company problem according to nextalarm.

I simulated a violation and M1 wouldn't release the dial tone
I've been waiting for more than 5 mins now, and the dialer LED on M1 is still lit up as well as TELCO seized led
