Note to Smarthome I posted on the Insteon SDK

Not that anybody at Smarthome will ever read this over there (because they apparently don't care)... Thought you all might enjoy what I posted on the Insteon SDK forum:

Great idea, geniuses. You guys really thought that one through. Congratulations, you have done just about everything you possibly could do to discourage 3rd party developers and products.

Somebody better wake up and smell the coffee over there, or there aren't going to be any Insteon developers left willing to put up with this pile of crap.

Personally, I think the point is very valid...and like the approach

I think that anyone who is burned badly by SH "tactics" has a right to complain. One to warn others and two if loud enough and long enough SH is forced to do something. I think that Xpendable should force SH to fix the problems. It is costing him money.
