NX-8E Partition

How do I disable a partition. I thought by moving zones from one partition to another it would be disabled, wrong! I'm using the DL900 software.

I don't use the software so I can't help there...

but why do you want to disable a partition? if you move the zones out of it - there is nothing for it to monitor and nothing happens. Am I missing something?

The panel works fine but the connection to HomeSeer is still indicating the partition is "active".

not dl900, but try *93 opt. 8 (disable multipartition mode), then from additional keypads *94 enter keypad 2 etc... all partition 1. hope that helps.
