Odd lockup of M1XEP

Had a strange occurrence. 2 nights ago I was in the M1XEP making some edits to rules. Yesterday it seemed to be working ok, sending emails, etc.

Then last night I went to go back in to make some more edits and I could not log in with the RP2 software. When I clicked the network icon, it would just time-out for access. I could ping the device and my router saw it alive. I could not get in with my android "mykeypad" app either. I reset my router, no change.
The RP2 sw would "see" it if I did a find, but would not connect. I rebooted the M1 and still the same. Then I remembered that the XEP has it's own power supply, so I reset that. After this point it appears to be ok now.

Anyone else with a similar experience? Has been working since the end of February with no problems until now.

I have had that issue a few times, but not since upgrading to 4.5.24.

I also experienced your symptoms, but not since upgrading the bootware and firmware on both the M1 and XEP

I thought I had the latest fw for both, but need to check again.

I have one or two out there that experience this, can ping on the network but no connection via RP. Power cycle solves it. Firmware was the latest and greatest, didn't look further into it.

I just upgraded my M1XEP firmware yesterday and had that very case. I couldn't access via ElkRP but the ISY was connected fine. Looked like port 2601 wasn't open but 2101 was. I powered on/off the M1XEP and then the M1 and it all came back.
