OmniStat RC-1000 Wireless Settings

I notice that my RC-1000 has a Wireless Settings section that lets me enter an IP address. There is also a Wireless Diagnostics section that looks like it should show signal strength, mac address, and firmware version number.

It does not appear to be functional, and the firmware versoin on the diagnostics screen is 0 (or blank, i forget now). Also the signal strength and mac address are all 0s.

Is there a firmware upgrade for the RC-1000 that enables this?

No, there is no wireless transmitter in your thermostat.

HAI is not currently selling wireless versions of the RC-1000 thermostat.
